Welcome to Crate Hackers! In this step-by-step guide, we will show you how to save time when prepping for your events. Follow along to learn how to use Crate Hackers just like Joe Bunn.

Step 1: Login to DJ Event Planner

Open up your browser and go to DJ Event Planner. Once you're logged in, go to an old event you've done before or a current event you're working on.

Step 2: Edit Music

Once you're on the event page, click on "Music" and then "Edit Music." This is where you will find the songs selected for the event.

Step 3: Copy Songs

Highlight the songs you want to use for the event and copy them.

Step 4: Create a Google Sheet

Open up Google Sheets and create a new spreadsheet. Paste the copied songs and match the style.

Step 5: Open Crate Hackers App

Open up the Crate Hackers app and go to the "Text Import" function. Paste the data from the Google Sheet and click on "Generate Crate."

Step 6: Scan Files

Crate Hackers will now scan the files on your computer and pair them up with the playlist. You can also search for the songs on record pools or streaming sites if you don't have them.

Step 7: Export Crate

Once you have all the songs paired up, go to the top right and export the crate to Serato. You will need to restart Serato to see the new crate.

Step 8: Check Crate

Open up Serato and check the new crate you just created. Make sure all the songs are there and ready to go.

Step 9: Spotify Link Import

If you prefer Spotify, go to the event page on DJ Event Planner and copy the Spotify link. Open up the Crate Hackers app, go to the "Spotify Import" function, and paste the link.

Step 10: Find Missing Songs

Crate Hackers will scan Spotify for the songs you're missing. Click on the record pool or streaming site that has the song and export it to Serato.

Step 11: Open Serato and Check Crate

Once you have all the songs, export the crate to Serato and open up the program to check the new crate.

That's it! By following these steps, you can save a lot of time when prepping for your events. Remember to use Crate Hackers for all your DJ needs and visit our website at cratehackers.com for more information.
