Updating Payment Information for Crate Hackers
It’s easy to update your payment information! Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Billing Portal
Access it here: Billing Portal.
2. Enter Your Email
Use the email address you signed up with for Crate Hackers.
3. Find Your Invoice ID
Locate this on your most recent invoice under “ORDER ID” or “Invoice ID.” Check your inbox; the invoice was mailed to you.

4. Type in Your Invoice ID
Enter it in the designated field on the billing portal.
5. Click “Locate Order”
This will bring up your current billing details.
6. Update Your Information
Edit your credit card information or billing address as needed.
7. Double-Check Everything
Ensure all updates are accurate.
8. Billing Note
You may receive a final bill if you update mid-billing cycle.
9. Need to cancel?
Please fill out this form to enter the Billing Portal.
IMPORTANT: You will not be able to do this if you're paying using Paypal. You'll have to change your credit card or checking information within Paypal (if payments are failing) or you'll have to reach out and we'll have to change your Paypal billing and have you re-sign up with a credit card.
