Updating Payment Information for Crate Hackers

It is easy to update your payment information. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Billing Portal
    Access it here: Billing Portal.
  2. Enter your email
    Use the same email you used when you signed up for Crate Hackers.
  3. Find your Invoice ID
    Look on your most recent invoice under “ORDER ID” or “Invoice ID”.
    Search your inbox for messages from support@thedjsvault.com. The invoice was emailed to you.

  4. Type in your Invoice ID
    Enter the ID in the field on the Billing Portal page.
  5. Click “Locate Order”
    This will load your current billing details.

  6. Update your information
    Edit your credit card details or billing address as needed.
  7. Double check everything
    Make sure card number, expiry date, name, and address are correct before you save.
  8. Billing note
    If you update in the middle of a billing cycle, you may receive a final bill or prorated charge.
  9. Need to cancel
    Please fill out this form to enter the Billing Portal, tell us why you are cancelling, and we will assist you there.

Important for PayPal users
If you are paying with PayPal, you cannot change your card directly in our Billing Portal.

  • To fix failed payments, update your card or bank info inside your PayPal account.
  • If you want to switch from PayPal to a credit card, contact us and we will adjust your PayPal billing and help you re sign up with a card.
