Need billing help, payment updates, account support, a pause, or cancellation help for Crate Hackers? Start in Account Help.
Important: Use the same email address you used when you joined Crate Hackers. That is how we find the right account, order, payment, or support request.
Start Here
Use the Crate Hackers Account Help page:
Open Crate Hackers Account Help
This page routes your request to the right place.
You can use it for:
- Updating payment information
- Finding your invoice or order ID
- Getting login or app help
- Requesting billing support
- Asking about a manual pause
- Reviewing save options before cancellation
- Submitting a cancellation request if you still need to leave
If Your Card Failed Or Your Billing Needs Updating
Open Account Help and choose Update payment info.
You may be sent to the Billing Portal here:
Use the same email address you used at signup.
If the portal asks for an Invoice ID or Order ID, check your most recent Crate Hackers receipt.
How To Find Your Invoice ID
Search your email inbox for:
- Crate Hackers invoice
- ORDER ID
- Invoice ID
- Billing
- Receipt
- support@thedjsvault.com
Tip: Do not guess the ID. Copy it directly from the receipt if you can. One extra space can make the portal act like it has never met you before.

If The Billing Portal Cannot Find Your Order
Go back to Account Help and choose the option that best matches what you need.
For billing issues, choose Update payment info, then select I still need billing help.
That sends your request to the team with the details we need to find the account.
If You Pay Through PayPal
PayPal note: If PayPal handles your Crate Hackers subscription, you usually need to update your card or bank inside PayPal.
Manage active PayPal subscriptions here:
If you want help moving from PayPal to card billing, open Account Help and submit a billing request.
Before You Cancel
If Crate Hackers is not working for you right now, start with Account Help.
Most cancellation requests come down to one of a few things:
- The app is confusing
- Billing needs attention
- You are not using it enough
- The crates are not matching what you need
- You need a pause instead of a full cancellation
- You need help getting set up correctly
That is why Account Help asks what is going on first.
If there is a faster fix, setup help, billing help, pause option, or save option, you will see it before submitting the cancellation request.
Pause note: Pause requests are reviewed manually. There is no automatic restart date. If support pauses your account, email support again when you are ready to reactivate.
Need To Cancel Anyway?
If you still need to cancel, open Account Help and choose Cancel membership.
The flow will ask for your reason, show any relevant setup help, billing help, pause options, or save options, then let you submit the cancellation request with the account details support needs to process it correctly.
Important: Submitting the form helps us match the request to the correct membership. Use the email tied to your Crate Hackers account.
Quick Checklist
Before contacting support, make sure you have:
- Opened Crate Hackers Account Help
- Used the email address tied to your membership
- Checked the Billing Portal if you need to update card details
- Searched your inbox for your Invoice ID or Order ID
- Managed PayPal billing inside PayPal, if applicable
- Reviewed pause, save, billing, or setup help if you are thinking about canceling
- Submitted the correct Account Help form if you still need support
The Main Idea
Account Help is the front door now.
Use it for billing, app help, manual pause requests, save options, and cancellation requests.
We want you in the right place before you leave, because a lot of account problems are fixable once the team has the right details.
