Troubleshooting Crate Hackers

Is Your Crate Empty? Is the App Frozen?

Don't worry! Follow these steps to fix the problem.

My Crate is Empty

1. Did You Upload Your Music?

  • Go to "My Music".
  • Click "Add Folder".
  • Choose the folder with your music.

2. Did You Pick All the Songs?

  • When making a crate, check the boxes next to all the songs you want.

3. Check Your Settings

  • Ensure your export settings are correct.
  • Double-check the settings in your DJ software.

4. Restart Everything

  • Close Crate Hackers and your DJ software.
  • Reopen them and try again.

5. Is the Internet Working?

  • Confirm your computer is online.

6. Still Not Working? Ask for Help!

The Spinning Wheel of Death

1. Clear the App

  • Click "Clear All" in the bottom left.
  • This will clear your local files.

2. Add Your Music Again

  • It’s quick and easy to re-add your files.

3. Try Your Crate Again

  • It should work now!
