Before changing a working older setup

Back up your music, DJ library and any data you need from the old app. Avoid a major migration immediately before a gig. If you are unsure how to preserve an older workflow, contact support before uninstalling or deleting anything.

What to send support

Include “Crate Hackers 3.9,” your operating system, what you need to recover or continue using, and the exact error. Do not follow old database-deletion or reset steps for a newer version.
