Crate Hackers can export any crate as an M3U playlist. Rekordbox reads M3U files, so this keeps the process simple.

Step 1: Export from Crate Hackers

  1. Open the Crate Hackers app.

  2. Select your crate.

  3. Click Export.

  4. Choose M3U.

  5. Save the file.

If you do not see the M3U option, open Manage DJ Software and select Rekordbox once. The export option will then appear every time.

Step 2: Import into Rekordbox

  1. Open Rekordbox.

  2. Go to File.

  3. Click Import Playlist.

  4. Choose your M3U file.
    Your crate will appear under Playlists.

Troubleshooting
• Empty M3U file. Make sure tracks are checked in Track Matcher.
• Missing files in Rekordbox. Keep all music inside one master folder.
• Playlist not showing. Restart Rekordbox and try again.
• Software integrations not working. Use M3U since it is universal.
