Banger Button offers next-song ideas. Your ears, the room and the exact edit still decide what works.

Start with the right song

  1. Open Home and check the detected artist and title. If you see multiple deck choices, select the one you want recommendations for.
  2. Open Filter. Set a BPM Range, use an available ±3, ±5 or ±10 BPM shortcut, or choose musical-key filters.
  3. If the list becomes too short, choose Clear all filters and narrow it again gradually.
  4. Check the recommended artist, title, clean/explicit version and remix before loading anything.

Local files and streaming results

Open gear menu → Streaming and choose Local Library Only, Spotify, Apple Music or TIDAL. Selecting a service changes the streaming results shown; it does not download audio or give you a subscription to that service.

  • Local match: the track must point to an available music file on your computer or connected drive for native drag and drop.
  • Streaming result: treat it as a discovery option. Use its available search, copy or service controls, then confirm access in your music service and DJ software. A listing does not guarantee you can load it in your DJ setup.

Why useful songs may be missing

Filters can hide tracks. A library may still be loading, files may be on a disconnected drive, or the suggested version may not match anything you own. Missing artist/title tags can also make local matching harder.

First clear filters, wait for loading to finish, and check one known local song. Suggestions with compatible BPM and key can still have the wrong energy or lyrics for the event.

Make the window easier to use

The gear menu includes Bottom Bar, Bottom Right, Side Panel and Side Panel (Wide), plus Always on Top. Choose a view that leaves your DJ controls visible.

Open the gear menu and choose Report Issue, or contact support. Include the source song, selected filters, local or streaming source, and one result that seems wrong. Reply to an existing support conversation if you already have one. Never send passwords or reset links.
