Give guests a clear way to request music using a phone form, a screen or a printed sign. Settings apply to the session you choose.
Customize the correct session
- Open Requests and select the event or venue session you want.
- Open Session options → Page & print settings.
- Use Shared branding and the preview to adjust the available branding fields.
- Choose Guest form, Display or Print, then adjust the options for that destination.
- Choose Save changes.
Choose where guests will see it
- Guest form: choose Preview guest form to check the phone experience.
- Display: select a display style and choose Open crowd display. Check it on the screen guests will actually see.
- Print: choose a print style and size, then Print sign. Check the print preview before printing.
Scan the final screen or printed sign with a phone and send a test request before the event. Keep the QR clear and large enough to scan. Disabling that session later will stop its existing signs from working.
Export the request list
The queue’s separate Export menu offers Print request list and Export M3U. A request list is different from a QR sign. Export while the requests you need are still in the pending queue.
M3U export includes available local matches, not every requested song, and does not copy or download the audio. Check the count and test the playlist in your DJ software.
For a streaming request playlist, choose Spotify or TIDAL in the gear menu’s Streaming section and complete connection when prompted. Check the created playlist and any unmatched songs. In 2.7.14, Apple Music request-playlist export is not available; the app reports “coming soon.”
