Turn a client’s request list or spreadsheet into a crate. This imports song information, not audio files.

Paste a text list

  1. Open Crates → Crate builder → Import from Text.
  2. Enter a crate name.
  3. Paste one song per line with the artist first and title second, such as Artist - Song title. Remove numbering, event notes and other non-song lines.
  4. Check the Artist and Title preview. Correct the source text or use the available swap control if the columns are reversed.
  5. Choose Next when the preview is correct.

Import a spreadsheet as CSV

  1. Make a simple sheet with Artist and Title column headings. Export it as a .csv file.
  2. In Crate builder, choose Import a File and select the CSV.
  3. Check the preview. Use the separator and column settings if the artist and title are not recognized correctly.
  4. Continue with Next, then review the created crate.

Start with a few rows. If punctuation inside names creates bad columns, simplify the file or paste a corrected text list. The current builder limits a crate to 200 tracks, so split longer lists.

Before you export

Check local matches and song versions. A request in the list does not mean you own its audio. Export and test the crate in your DJ software.

Reply to your existing support email or contact support. Send the error and a small sample containing only the affected artist/title rows. Remove client names and private event notes. Send what you have; you do not need to diagnose the problem first. Never send passwords, reset links or full payment details.
