Overview

Crate Hackers lets you turn any public Spotify playlist into a DJ-ready crate in seconds.

Use the Spotify Import Tool

  1. In the Crate Hackers dashboard, click Spotify Import
    or go to Crate Builder → Import from Spotify.
  2. Copy the URL of any public Spotify playlist.
  3. Paste the link and click Import.

What Happens Next

  • Crate Hackers pulls all songs from that playlist.
  • Each track is matched to your local library.
  • Missing songs can be grabbed from record pools, streaming, or stores.
  • Export as a DJ-ready crate to Serato, Rekordbox, VirtualDJ, and more.

Why It’s Useful

  • Turn Spotify “Top 50” or genre lists into quick gig crates.
  • Import a couple’s Spotify playlist for weddings.
  • Use a friend’s playlist as a starting point.
