Use the email address connected to your Crate Hackers account.
- Open the Crate Hackers desktop app and go to its login screen.
- Choose Forgot Password?.
- Enter your account email and choose Reset Password.
- Open the newest reset email and follow its instructions.
- Return to the app and sign in with your new password.
No email?
Check spam, junk and other inbox tabs. Search for Crate Hackers and password reset. Confirm the email address has no typing errors. If you request another link, use the newest one.
The link expired or login still fails
Request a fresh reset link from the app. Check that you are using the same account email and the newly set password. If you paid under a different email, support can help locate the purchase.
Keep your password and reset link private. Support does not need either one to investigate.

Reply to your existing support email or contact support. Tell us your account email, whether the reset email arrived, whether its link opened and the exact error. Hide the reset link in screenshots. Send what you have; you do not need to diagnose the problem first. Never send passwords, reset links or full payment details.
