How to Reset Your Crate Hackers Password

If you cannot log in or forgot your password, follow these quick steps to reset it.

Step 1: Open the Crate Hackers desktop app

If you have not installed the app yet, download it here:

www.cratehackers.com/ch11

Once installed, open the Crate Hackers desktop app on your computer.

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password”

On the login screen, click Forgot Password.

Step 3: Enter your email

Type in the email address you used to register your Crate Hackers account, then click Reset Password.

Step 4: Check your email

We will send password reset instructions from help@cratehackers.com.

Tip: If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your Spam, Promotions, or Other folders.
