A crate is a prepared song list. Seeing a song in a crate does not mean its audio is on your computer. Crate Hackers is not a record pool or a service for downloading Spotify audio.
Your first useful result
Install, scan one music folder, build one small crate and test the export. You do not need to clean your whole library before getting value from the app.
