Use this guide if you need help with a billing question, invoice, receipt, payment issue, duplicate charge, or account change for Crate Hackers.
Quick note: The fastest support path is sending the right account information the first time. Use the same email address tied to your Crate Hackers purchase.
Fast Fix
- Search your inbox for your Crate Hackers receipt.
- Find your Invoice ID or Order ID.
- Check which email address was used at signup.
- Open the Billing Portal if you need to update payment details.
- Use Account Help for billing support, charge review, pause, or cancellation help.

Find Your Receipt Or Invoice
Search your email inbox for:
- Crate Hackers
- The DJs Vault
- Receipt
- Invoice
- Order ID
- Billing
- support@thedjsvault.com
Check spam, promotions, updates, and junk folders too. Email folders love hiding the one thing you actually need.
Update Your Payment Information
To update your card, billing address, or payment details, open the Billing Portal:
Use the same email address connected to your Crate Hackers purchase.
If the Billing Portal cannot find your order, open Account Help and choose Update payment info, then select I still need billing help.
Billing Or Charge Review
If you have a billing question, duplicate charge, unexpected charge, or you are specifically asking about a refund, submit the details through Account Help.
Support will review eligibility based on purchase date, account status, billing history, and the details you send.
In many cases, the standard path is canceling at the end of the current subscription period instead of refunding the charge.
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at purchase
- Your Invoice ID or Order ID
- The date of the charge
- The amount charged
- What happened with the charge
Submit billing or charge details
Duplicate Or Unexpected Charges
If you see more than one charge, do not create multiple tickets. That slows everything down and makes the inbox look like a raccoon got a keyboard.
Submit one request through Account Help and include screenshots of the charges with sensitive payment numbers hidden.
PayPal Billing
If you paid with PayPal, some payment changes may need to be made inside your PayPal account.
Check your PayPal automatic payments or subscriptions area for Crate Hackers or The DJs Vault.
Thinking About Canceling?
If the billing issue is making you want to cancel, start with Account Help first.
The flow may show setup help, billing help, pause options, or save options before the final cancellation request.
Pause note: Pause requests are reviewed manually. There is no automatic restart date. If support pauses your account, email support again when you are ready to reactivate.
If you still need to cancel, open Account Help and choose Cancel membership.
