Use this guide if you need help with a refund request, billing question, invoice, receipt, or payment issue for Crate Hackers.

Fast Fix

  1. Search your inbox for your Crate Hackers receipt.
  2. Find your Invoice ID or Order ID.
  3. Check which email address was used at signup.
  4. Open the Billing Portal if you need to update payment details.
  5. Email support if you need help with a refund, duplicate charge, or access issue.

Find Your Receipt Or Invoice

Search your email inbox for:

  • Crate Hackers
  • The DJs Vault
  • Receipt
  • Invoice
  • Order ID
  • Billing

Check spam, promotions, updates, and junk folders too. Email folders love hiding the one thing you actually need.

Update Your Payment Information

To update your card, billing address, or payment details, open the Billing Portal:

Use the same email address connected to your Crate Hackers purchase.

Refund Requests

If you want to request a refund, email support at help@cratehackers.com.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at purchase
  • Your Invoice ID or Order ID
  • The date of the charge
  • The amount charged
  • Why you are requesting the refund

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, account status, and billing history. Support will review the account and reply with the next step.

Duplicate Or Unexpected Charges

If you see more than one charge, do not create multiple tickets. That slows everything down and makes the inbox look like a raccoon got a keyboard.

Email support once and include screenshots of the charges with sensitive payment numbers hidden.

PayPal Billing

If you paid with PayPal, some payment changes may need to be made inside your PayPal account.

Check your PayPal automatic payments or subscriptions area for Crate Hackers or The DJs Vault.
