Use this guide if you signed up for Crate Hackers but cannot find your confirmation email, login email, or account details.

Most of the time, the email is there. It is just hiding in the least helpful folder possible, because apparently that is what inboxes do now.

Fast Fix

  1. Search your inbox for Crate Hackers.
  2. Search for help@cratehackers.com.
  3. Check spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.
  4. Make sure you are checking the same email address you used at signup.
  5. Try resetting your password if your account already exists.
  6. Email support if you still cannot find the email.

  • Your Crate Hackers account has been created
  • Crate Hackers Login
  • Confirmation Email
  • help@cratehackers.com

Also check spam, junk, promotions, updates, and all mail.

Use The Correct Email Address

Crate Hackers access is tied to the email address used when the account was created.

If you bought with one email and are trying to log in with another, the app may not recognize your account.

If You Already Have An Account

If your account already exists but you cannot log in, reset your password from the Crate Hackers desktop app.

  1. Open Crate Hackers.
  2. Click the password reset option.
  3. Enter the email address used when you signed up.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email.
  5. Create a new password.
  6. Return to the app and log in.

If You Still Need The Confirmation Email Resent

Email help@cratehackers.com and ask us to resend your confirmation email.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at signup
  • Any alternate email addresses you may have used
  • Your Order ID or Invoice ID if you have it

Common Reasons The Email Is Missing

  • You used a different email address at purchase.
  • The email landed in spam or promotions.
  • Your inbox blocked or filtered the message.
  • There is a typo in the signup email.
  • The account was created but the password was never set.
