Use this guide if you paid for lifetime access but cannot log in, your membership does not look active, or Crate Hackers is asking you to sign up again.

This usually comes down to one of three things: the wrong email, a password issue, or the account not being matched correctly. Annoying, yes. Usually fixable, also yes.

Fast Fix

  1. Make sure you are using the email address connected to your lifetime purchase.
  2. Search your inbox for your Crate Hackers receipt.
  3. Reset your password inside the Crate Hackers app.
  4. Try logging in again.
  5. If access still fails, contact support with your receipt or Order ID.

Step 1: Confirm The Right Email

Lifetime access is tied to the email address used at purchase.

If you purchased with one email and log in with another, the app may treat you like a new user.

Search all inboxes you use for:

  • Crate Hackers
  • The DJs Vault
  • Lifetime
  • Receipt
  • Invoice
  • Order ID

Step 2: Reset Your Password

  1. Open the Crate Hackers desktop app.
  2. Use the password reset option.
  3. Enter the email tied to your lifetime purchase.
  4. Check your inbox for the reset email.
  5. Create a new password.
  6. Log in again.

Step 3: Make Sure You Downloaded The Current App

Download the current Crate Hackers app here:

Do not use old installers, old bookmarks, or random saved links. Old app versions are where perfectly good afternoons go to die.

If Your Lifetime Access Still Does Not Show

Email help@cratehackers.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address connected to your lifetime purchase
  • Any alternate emails you may have used
  • Your Order ID or Invoice ID
  • A screenshot of your receipt if available
  • A screenshot of the login or access issue

Do not send credit card numbers or private payment details. Hide sensitive information before sending screenshots.
