Banger Button helps you find your next song alongside Serato DJ or VirtualDJ. It also includes Cues sample pads, guest song requests and Do Not Play warnings. You choose the music and control the decks.

Get your first useful result

  1. Install and sign in. Use the official download page and your Banger Button purchase email. For a new password, follow the account email or password setup page. Use Forgot Password? on the login screen if needed.
  2. Connect your DJ software. Open it on this computer at least once, connect your music drive, then choose it under Banger Button’s gear menu → DJ Software. Follow the Serato guide or VirtualDJ guide.
  3. Play one known local track. Open Home in Banger Button and check the artist and title it detects.
  4. Try one recommendation. Check the song and edit, then test an available local match in your DJ software. Learn the filters and local-versus-streaming differences.

Account help: Banger Button uses its own account. Do not assume your Crate Hackers password applies. If you already paid and cannot get access, contact support before purchasing again.

If something is not working

Start with the Serato connection checks or VirtualDJ connection checks for missing or delayed tracks. For missing local matches, clear filters and check that the original files and music drive are available. A streaming recommendation is not a downloaded audio file.

Finish restarts, updates and sound checks before performing. A Do Not Play warning is a reminder, not a playback block.

Open the gear menu and choose Report Issue, or contact support. Include both app versions, your operating system and the step that stopped you. Reply to an existing support conversation if you already have one. Never send passwords or reset links.
